Policy Administration Officer

Want to join us and make a change? We are looking for a Policy Administrativ Officer who acts as the gatekeeper of our day-to-day policy administrative activities.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the day to day policy administrative activities
• Handling and follow up inquiries from internal and external customer and outsourcing teams regarding policy issuance, subscription payment status, and change of particulars
• Verifying data from various daily and monthly reports to ensure data accuracy
• Ensuring all tasks are done within the turnaround time and following the policy administration procedures
• Taking minutes for the monthly department meeting
• Assisting in ad hoc UATs and assignments
• Building and scale a new team that owns the customer experience and works to exceed their expectations
• Providing support to other teams, including claims, policy admin, account management, and product development

What we are looking for:

• High school certification or above, university degree preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome!
• Experience in the General Insurance industry is a plus!
• Excellent communication in verbal and written form (Both English and Chinese)
• Excellent typing skills in both English and Traditional Chinese
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and a team player
• Willingness and ability to operate in a team environment
• Ability to streamline processes and prioritize issues, support multiple tasks and be responsive
• Remain calm in high-pressure situations. Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn - Self-starter and a good team player
• Curious and interested in technology and new products
