Summary: As a Technical Implementation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales opportunity lifecycle through a fast-paced, consultative, cross-functional approach with the goal of optimizing speed and accuracy to deliver an exceptional customer experience and faster recognition of revenue. You will externally collaborate with customers/prospects to define technical requirements and demonstrate the value of the Onbe platform; work closely with internal sales and technology teams to improve processes and related documentation; standardize technical output from the solutioning process as it relates to logical data flows like API sequencing and funds flow; and assure that we are considering the full lifecycle of the partner and customer experience.
This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 2 days per week at our Conshohocken, PA location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the use case for our clients to integrate with Onbe by collaborating with customers, sales, and other internal teams during the opportunity lifecycle to support the sale and assure success in the implementation process:
- Create integration and funding diagrams, API logic flows/sequencing, and solution blueprints that align with the technical and business requirements of the project and clearly articulate the deal to downstream teams like Pricing, Legal, and Implementation.
- Support internal and external technical discussions, answer ad-hoc questions during the opportunity lifecycle and provide guidance during client sales-related calls as needed to support both new and retention of existing business.
- Support RFP/RFI responses via partnership with the Sales Enablement team, including working with internal technology and compliance teams to address specific questions not already in our RFP database.
- Creation and documentation around team best practices for configuration and API sequencing; generation and maintenance of standard build documentation; and enhancement of internal knowledge bases, including API playbooks, partner workflow documentation, and technical FAQs.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical implementation or solutions engineering role.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and batch files like XML and nested-record formats, including tools like Postman and XML editors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate complex things in a simple manner and to navigate uncertainty with confidence.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to drive successful outcomes in projects and improve internal documentation.
- Project management skills or experience, ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks, balance competing priorities, and effectively focusing on the most important things first, ability to thrive through a rapid rate of change.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, dedication to lifelong learning.
- Experience working with payments, such as issuance, acquiring, program management, payouts, gateways, accounts payable automation, etc.
- Ability to travel on a limited, as-needed basis.
The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $93,690 to $115,500 with eligibility for an annual bonus. This position is targeted to be based in one of our Hub locations (Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of proven experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
