Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to three C level executives and office support in our Dallas, Texas office. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize effectively, maintain confidentiality, and ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the executives.
This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 2 days per week at our Dallas, TX location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for three executives.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Screen and manage incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and off-site activities.
- Prepare expense reports and track reimbursements.
- Manage special projects and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment.
- Experience working with multiple executives is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel up to 10% for events and meetings.
The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $73,620.00 to $89,250 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of proven experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
