Summary: We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team and assist in managing our Office 365 and Azure environments, SRE tasks, AI Ops, IaC, PowerShell scripting, and hardware endpoint management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, security, and efficiency while maintaining high system performance and reliability. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Exceptional customer service is a crucial to succeeding in this role. 

This role is a hybrid position requiring onsite work 2 days per week at our Dallas, TX location. Occasional travel may be required. The candidate may also need to be onsite outside of the designated hybrid schedule to support meetings, troubleshooting, or other critical needs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Office 365 and Azure environments.
  • Use identity and access management tools (ManageEngine suite).
  • Provide end-user support and training for Office 365 and other applications.
  • Perform automated deployments, patching, backups, and software management.
  • Enforce security policies to protect data and systems.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Monitor and resolve issues with Office 365 services and endpoints.
  • Perform system updates, patches, and backups.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Office 365 with other systems.
  • Optimize Azure resources for cost efficiency and performance.
  • Implement Azure security policies and compliance requirements.
  • Manage hardware endpoints (desktops, laptops, mobile devices) using AutoPilot, Intune, and EndPoint Central.
  • Ensure hardware security and compliance.
  • Apply SRE practices for high availability and scalability.
  • Leverage AI/ML tools to optimize operations.
  • Implement AIdriven monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Analyze data to improve system efficiency and reliability.
  • Manage IaC using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator with a focus on Office 365 and Azure.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in system administration, Office 365, Azure, and related technologies. 
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams).
  • Experience with endpoint management tools (Microsoft Intune or similar).
  • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with identity and access management tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions for enterprise IT.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and network issues.
  • Familiarity with automated deployments and configuration management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified (Office 365, Azure Cloud, Data Analytics or similar)
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services and SRE principles.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills for data insights.
  • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform or ARM templates).
  • Experience with Cisco-Meraki Switches, Security Appliances, Cameras, and access points.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management, Asana, Jira Project
  • ITSM and/or ITIL experience/certifications a plus 

The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $59,310 to $74,550 with eligibility for an annual bonus. This position is targeted to be based in one of our Dallas Hub location. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of proven experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
