Summary:

The Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking a candidate to join as a Senior Project Manager. This individual is responsible for leading teams to deliver large, complex, cross-functional project(s) and programs. Qualified candidates will manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to Agile and PDLC guidelines throughout the full product development life cycle. This also includes management of issues and risk to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. The candidate has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis and verify that the project meets the intended value.

This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 2 days per week at our Conshohocken, PA location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the PMO framework and processes to facilitate the creation, communication, and ongoing management of the project plan and related project artifacts
  • Assist in driving projects to their published schedules, deadlines & milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams including third party vendors and other resources
  • Ensure project teams are following Agile methodology and project management best practices
  • Establish and execute communication plans
  • Identify project risks and issues, communicate and work to resolve in accordance with best practices
  • Lead activities to determine project scope, schedule, and budget baselines
  • Lead and manage large, complex, enterprise-wide Agile projects from concept to completion ensuring timely delivery of project.
  • Manage changes in scope and understand the implications of them, communicate to the cross-functional teams, and escalate where necessary.
  • Manage customer expectations and relationships
  • Monitor and report progress updates, progress-to-plan, and milestone achievements consistently to all levels of the organization.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs, especially as it relates to Data related program management

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 3+ years of experience with product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle
  • 5+ years of agile project management
  • 7+ years of project management experience
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and Agile certification (e.g., CSM) preferred
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience strongly preferred
  • Payments and disbursements experience a plus

Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to all levels of the organization
  • Self-motivated and decisive in resolving business problems, making decisions, adapting to change, and identifying and balancing competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence, spur change and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers
  • Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and OnePlan
  • Experience with the development, tracking, and execution of detailed launch plans for new product launches
  • Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge and application of best practices in project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies

The base salary range for this position is between $111,690.00 to $136,500 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
