What will you do? (The role)

  • We're searching for a corporate and commercial counsel with a strong operational mindset and an ability to resolve a wide range of matters across many jurisdictions, independently and in conjunction with local counsel and senior members of the Legal team.
  • Be part of the Corporate team of 3 lawyers and corporate associates across EMEA and APAC
  • Support expansion and management of our group structure (60+ entities), including Co Sec management, corporate governance and regulatory filings
  • Client and vendor contract negotiation and management. 
  • Supporting our Legal Service Desk on Corporate team tickets - a wide variety of work. Ability to advise the business and stakeholders and drive solutions.
  • Project support - in respect of Company Objectives (incl. new products, M&A, debt raise, partnerships and other strategic initiatives)

What are you great at? (Previous experience)

  • Good academics - at degree level
  • Qualified lawyer
  • Ideal candidate 0-5 years PQE
  • Experience in corporate/ commercial team in private practice OR in-house with equivalent function 
  • Strong contract drafting and review skills
