Mission Statement:
Support RD procurement operation majorly on PR/PO creation, GR/IR, Invoice, payment and other report, document, logistic may related.
This position will be based in Shanghai, China and reports to Engineering Operations Manager.

Main Accountabilities and Duties:
1. Create and maintain PR/PO in SAP effectively to meet stakeholder’s request.
2.Track PR approval and PO delivery schedule to ensure it is on time.
3. Handle GR/IR, check and send invoices to the finance team to arrange payment when needed.
4. Support report, document, data registration and analysis to improve RD operation excellence.
5. Handle other projects / jobs as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
1.Detail-oriented and good patience are required. Need to handle various details and follow up with different stakeholders.
2.Quick learner and can understand new things quickly. Work hard and actively with a great sense of team spirit and cross-function team cooperation ability.
3.Good communication skills. Able to communicate and write in English.
