Role Overview
As the Retail Performance Account Manager, you will manage the daily operations for the Halfords account by translating objectives into actionable media deliverables and ensuring high-quality performance campaigns that align with broader communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage retail campaign activities, ensuring integration with overall media strategies.
- Develop coherent planning recommendations and confidently challenge briefs and timelines.
- Collaborate with specialists for cohesive performance campaigns and optimize campaign performance based on data insights.
- Build strong relationships internally and externally while creating compelling narratives for clients.
Key skills
- Experience: 2-4 years in digital performance, with knowledge of channels like Paid Search, SEO, and Programmatic Display; familiarity with ATL channels preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in evaluating digital performance and using measurement tools.
- Media Knowledge: Deep understanding of media planning and buying processes in retail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for relationship building.
- Passion: A drive for marketing excellence and innovative solutions.
