About the Role:
We are looking for an Account Manager with cross-channel and planning experience (esp Digital) to work across the Intuit Mailchimp, IONOS and IG Online Trading accounts. As the Account Manager, you will push forward the day-to-day output across the accounts, ensuring every client deliverable maintains a consistently high standard. You will confidently take the clients’ objectives and quantify briefs to create achievable media deliverables.
From an investment perspective, the three accounts have different profiles with one skewing heavily digital and the others more AV and OOH focussed. As such, this Account Manager role will give you the full range of experience you need in order to progress to the next stage of your career. That said, Digital is a consistent and growing feature across all three clients so we would consider candidates with a strong digital planning background, who are looking to make the move into broader comm’s or those with experience working on digitally orientated clients.
The client team across this hub includes a Business Director, an Account Director (which this role reports into) as well as Executive and Assistant roles, who will report directly on specific projects and will need managing in order to deliver excellence in client service, planning and commercial consistency. Previous experience of managing junior levels would be welcome but isn’t essential as support and guidance will be provided.
The role sits within the Ents & Tech Collective at MG OMD - our dedicated hub for the agency’s entertainment and technology clients. With billings in excess of £150m a year, we have clients across a number of categories including film & television, tech, gaming, sports, mobile apps and software. We are a fun and fast-paced team that excels in creating and delivering impactful brand and response campaigns for our clients.
