Director, Client Operations
About the Role:
The Client Operations Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of media planning and execution across one of our leading global B2B client accounts. This role involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring the smooth execution of media campaigns and their associated processes, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. The Client Operations Director plays a crucial role in client management, financial oversight, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for media clients for operational and administrative functions, addressing their queries and ensuring their needs are met. Actively engage with clients to provide updates and gather feedback on processes within end-to-end media planning campaigns.
- Media Planning and Execution: Oversee media planning templates, taxonomies and workflows from briefing through to execution, ensuring that all media plans are accurate and that all team members are aware of roles and responsibilities.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate with various teams, including performance, client services, planning and data and analytics to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Data Quality Control: Ensure data collected within media planning templates is accurate and up to date. Work with data team to identify errors and omissions and troubleshoot effectively through co-ordinating with various teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with relevant project managers and colleagues to update and refine media planning processes, tools and ways of working.
About You:
- Proven experience in media planning and operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of media planning tools and platforms.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
