Requirements: 

  • A minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working toward it)
  • Passion for people and experience in delivering impactful HR initiatives
  • Strong employee relationships knowledge and sound knowledge of employment law. 
  • Proactive, team-focused approach with a drive to make a difference
