About the Role

We have a great opportunity for a People Services Executive to join our amazing team.  This is an exciting time to join the People team, as we are a newly formed HR shared services team (People Services Hub).   

This position will be reporting into the People Services Team Leader and offers hybrid remote working with 2-3 days a week in the office. 

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of HR services across the organisation. 

About You

Professional qualification(s): People certification/qualification is preferred but not essential.  

Experience: HR Shared Services experience is preferred but not essential, however experience within a people administrator/operations role is an essential requirement.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.  

 

Core responsibilities: 

  • HR employee lifecycle transaction processing: Execute a variety of HR administrative transactions, including but not limited to employee data changes, payroll updates, benefits enrolment and leave administration, whilst adhering to Group processes and guidelines.  
  • Employee Support: Respond promptly to People enquiries from employees and stakeholders, providing accurate information, guidance, and issue resolution in a professional and customer-centric manner.  
  • Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and completeness of employee data in Reach (HRIS), performing regular data audits and corrections as necessary.  
  • Documentations & Records: Ensure proper documentation of HR administrative employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining organised and confidential employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.  
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency enhancement within People Services (HR Operations), contributing to the continuous improvement efforts of the team.  
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with People policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all People transactions and interactions.  
  • Reporting & Analytics: Assist in generating regular People reports and analytics to support decision-making, track trends, and monitor key People metrics.  
  • Learning and Knowledge Sharing: Participate in knowledge sharing activities, contribute to training materials, and assist in training new team members on People processes and systems.  
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the agency People Partners, CoEs and other departments to address employee needs and contribute to People projects and initiatives.  
  • Quality Control: Support quality assurance efforts by participating in regular data and transaction audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.  
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality at all times, as the role will be dealing with personal data at all levels.
