About the Role
Reporting directly into PHD’s Media Experience Partner, the Media Experience Business Director is responsible for delivering media connectivity and acceleration for their client. They will deliver best in class thinking and output for their clients, driven through the development of a Media Acceleration Framework and transformation roadmap. The Media Experience Business Director will support Media Experience specialists to create more integrated, data-driven solutions to drive step-change for the client.
We’re looking for someone who has proven expertise in managing clients and teams with a cross-channel digital remit. They must have a focus on driving commercial results and ROI for clients through the delivery of bespoke solutions to meet their needs. The role requires someone who can bring operational excellence and strategic thinking to the PHD Media Experience team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience nurturing, developing and managing highly motivated and efficient teams as well as demonstrable experience in managing well-informed, knowledgeable and highly driven clients.
About You
The person we’re looking for will be a key figure in driving digital and data transformation across the agency through the client work they lead on. You’ll continuously look for opportunities to drive commercial growth for the agency and the Media Experience team through cross sell and upsell opportunities and by also playing a key role in driving new business with involvement and attendance at agency pitches.
You will work closely with Heads of channels within Media Experience to develop processes and tactics to drive step-change in the media executions we plan and buy on behalf of our clients.
Build trust and take ownership of client relationships at senior levels; ensuring activation performance and business performance targets are dually met.
Support in developing the relationship with media and data partners, as well as PHD’s Beyond consultancy team, to create unique solutions for our clients.
