PHD Global has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic media data practitioner. We are looking for someone with experience in ad tech, biddable activation, or data services who wants to apply their knowledge to scale the application of data within media to a global brand going through an accelerated state of transformation.
Supporting a newly appointed Data Solutions Director and partnering closely with Omnicom Media Group’s data services agency Annalect, this individual will champion global best practices for data application within media. Collaborating with regional data teams to govern and support markets with audience activation and data usage growth.
Operational lead for governance of data activation within media. Where relevant, using technology to ensure transparency on how markets are activating data, e.g., Diageo’s Scibids Console, DSPs, and Omni. Guiding and ensuring consistency in how Diageo activates audiences within biddable media. Leaning into markets and regional teams to set audience best practices. Ensuring the Omni audience tool set is available, customised to the use case and has access to Omnicom data partnership capabilities.
Supporting data privacy risk assessment global processes and acting as project manager across various data solutions deliverables. Including, but not limited to custom bidder algorithm rollout, 1P data activation via Diageo’s CDP, data readiness for dynamic content optimisation and proximity targeting use cases. Supporting the media best practice and approach for activation. Collaboration with third parties (e.g., CRM agency and data consultants) where relevant.
