About the Role

You’ll join the agency as a Planning Partner (Performance) leading the performance planning team and the output of our agency’s biggest client.

You will be responsible for driving excellence performance channels and approaches working closely with our activation teams across search, social, programmatic and affiliate marketing, lead gen, radio and more. This is an amazing opportunity to head up a team of performance specialist, tasked with driving ROI and advancing the performance marketing efforts of this global brand. 

You will have a cross performance background, with a deep knowledge of digital and biddable platforms, as well as holistic thinker who can plan digital across Paid, Owned and Shared Media.

About You

  • Proven experience in a performance marketing leadership role (e.g. Head of Performance Marketing or Head of Acquisition) in a b2c business or agency
  • Previous experience working on portfolio brands is preferable.
  • Experience of driving customer acquisition through PPC, paid search, paid social and display and other performance channels as well as SEO
  • Experience in working in a multi-agency stakeholder environment with proven collaboration credentials.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skill
  • Deep understanding of data utilisation to drive performance.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce media and strategy
  • You will be an experienced and confident planner with experience across a wide range of media channels from digital to traditional, and a proven track record of working with clients that have a core focus on achieving measurable, tracked results.
  • You should be fully conversant with industry standard planning, measurement and analytics tools, should be comfortable with extracting meaningful insight from data, and have a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
