The Transact team is looking for a talented Ecommerce Manager, specialising in Amazon and eRetail ad platforms to deliver best in class biddable media strategies as part of a broader holistic Retail and eGrocery strategy.

Building on your existing experience, you will develop deep expertise in these fast-growing platforms whilst having autonomy to develop skills across the entire eCommerce value chain. What you’ll have…

  • Vast experience activating and managing campaigns within Amazon Ads and/or CitrusAd sponsored ads/Criteo retail media products
  • A sound understanding of the broader eCommerce, digital and media landscape with a general knowledge of direct and brand marketing principles and strategies
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead client conversations where necessary, educating and inspiring clients within your discipline
  • An adaptive style in being able to communicate often technical ideas in simple terms
  • Be of a continuous improvement mindset, constantly looking to make tactical and strategic changes to gain a competitive advantage in a crowded ecommerce market
  • An analytical mind, enjoying working with large data sets to identify the drivers behind data trends,
  • Strong attention to detail to complete tasks in an accurate manner and spot key detail
  • Problem solving ability, applying structured techniques and proactively looking to find solutions
  • Effective organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint with the ability to efficiently analyse data and produce effective presentation materials
  • Certification across Amazon learning console is preferred

 

What you’ll do…

  • Strategise – working alongside the Transact team, support on strategic recommendations across media campaigns, reviewing datapoints across platforms to understand the full picture of performance and recommend the tactics
  • Plan – produce media plans with data driven selections, forecasts, and clear rationale
  • Activate - own the activation of channel strategies across Citrus Ads, Criteo, Amazon search & DSP, Nectar 360, Dunnhumby Media
  • Report – regularly output performance reports with commentary highlighting key insights
  • Analyse - regularly monitor campaigns and analyse data to monitor pacing, identify trends and create actionable insights
  • Optimise – own daily in-platform optimisations, leveraging third party technology and optimisation tools to automate and create efficiencies where possible
  • Manage – support the development of junior Ecomm team members, overseeing their outputs to ensure quality of delivery
  • Streamline - develop best practice and mechanisms to improve account processes, media executions and ultimately drive better results
  • Present – input into response to brief content, post campaign analysis and new opportunity proposals – feeding in content and presenting elements to clients
  • Account – ensure OMGUK financial processes are followed to maintain commercial consistency across projects, media bookings and reconciliations
  • Champion – regularly share knowledge on latest channel news and developments with the wider team, including POVs
  • Partner - support on driving forward joint business plans with key media and technology partners, ensuring a clear view on current and roadmap opportunities
  • Collaborate - foster a culture which enables sharing, innovation and pro-activeness
  • Learn & develop – be proactive, open and curious - both internally and with our clients, striving to develop best in class ecommerce practices
