YOUR MANDATE

You will assist your strategist in creating original and innovative media strategies. You will be the orchestrator between clients, business partners, and our team of specialists. Your role will be to design multimedia campaigns that will help the client better achieve their business objectives.

 

EVERY DAY YOU WILL:

  • Coordinate various projects and ensure deadlines are met (tracking materials, orchestrating campaigns, inter-departmental relationships, internal briefs, and media partner collaboration);
  • Manage purchase approvals and verify and sign contracts;
  • Assist in budget management (shared responsibility with the strategist and supervisor): updating client budgets, reconciling invoices;
  • Support your strategist in their strategic thinking (brainstorming, ideation, inter-team collaboration, etc.) and conduct research related to the campaign: monitoring, client website, databases, research, etc.;
  • Ensure accuracy in financial and administrative management, delivering error-free outputs;
  • Keep track of campaign performance to inform the client.

 

 

WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • A post-secondary degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related discipline;
  • A passion for media and curiosity about the industry;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in collaboration and teamwork;
  • An ability to adapt to changes and manage unforeseen circumstances;
  • The capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and develop creative ideas;
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughness;
  • Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - As our global network deals daily with national and international clients, a level of English that enables you to understand and express yourself fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role.
