YOUR MANDATE
You will act as the right-hand person to the Vice President, leading the team responsible for developing digital media ideas and plans to meet client needs. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients. Creative and analytical at the same time, you will be recognized for your business acumen, entrepreneurial vision, and passion. You will participate in the development of the digital team.
EVERY DAY YOU WILL:
- Act as the main digital contact point for the client, providing a digital perspective
- Contribute to the growth and development of the team
- Propose ideas to improve client satisfaction regarding digital projects and communication
- Seize new business opportunities to generate new revenue and assist in business development
- Understand the client’s challenges and business objectives and assist in their strategic thinking
- Work closely with strategy teams to develop a data- and research-driven approach that will guide the media strategy
- Challenge campaign results and, together with experts, identify necessary adjustments to achieve KPIs
- Stay up to date with industry trends and share your knowledge with internal teams
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- A post-secondary degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field;
- Over 8 years of experience in digital media;
- Strong business acumen;
- Courage and management skills;
- Strategic and inspiring leadership;
- An entrepreneurial mindset;
- Strong relationship and political skills with both clients and internal teams.
- Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - As our global network deals daily with national and international clients, a level of English that enables you to understand and express yourself fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role.
