YOUR MANDATE

Under the supervision of the Digital Activation Director, you will lead the team responsible for developing digital ideas and media plans to meet client needs. You will build and maintain strong relationships with your clients. Creative and analytical at the same time, you will be recognized for your business acumen, entrepreneurial vision, passion, customer service orientation, and media creativity. You will be tasked with managing multiple accounts, as well as a team of supervisors, managers, platform specialists, and digital analysts.

 

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL:

  • Support the thinking on the growth and development of the organization;
  • Identify new business opportunities to generate new revenue and assist in business development;
  • Target organic growth opportunities with clients;
  • Be present in meetings with clients, during large briefs requiring in-depth strategic thinking;
  • Understand the client’s challenges as well as the generic context of their industry;
  • Use the information at your disposal to build a viewpoint on opportunities to stand out within the context of the brief;
  • Work closely with strategy teams to develop a data and research approach, which will guide the media strategy;
  • Participate and lead brainstorming sessions to meet strategic needs for a given brief;
  • Establish and implement best practices and financial processes with the team and client;
  • Stay on top of trends and media practices.

 

WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • A post-secondary diploma in marketing, advertising, communications or a related discipline;
  • Over 7 years of experience in media strategy;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, managerial, and negotiation skills;
  • A good business sense;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • A creative and innovative mindset, as well as critical and analytical thinking;
  • Strategic and inspiring leadership;
  • An entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - As our global network deals daily with national and international clients, a level of English that enables you to understand and express yourself fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role.
