YOUR MANDATE

You'll be the one to challenge the strategy to elevate your team's product and ensure an OMG-quality deliverable. You'll be the person responsible for ensuring team cohesion and happiness. You'll be called upon to enter into discussions that take customers further in their thinking. In short, you'll be the conductor of an orchestra for your team and your customers, and therefore a key member of the organization.

 

EVERY DAY YOU WILL

  • Oversee the business relationship and partnership with customers on the accounts for which you are responsible;
  • Supervise and maintain senior contact with partner agencies;
  • Be involved in recruitment;
  • Supervise planning teams in the development and presentation of integrated media recommendations;
  • Assure the qualitý of service delivery;
  • Propose and apply tangible solutions to problematic situations with partners, clients or in connection with your campaigns;
  • Ensure a balanced workload among team members;
  • Train your assigned team and support their professional development;
  • Periodically evaluate team members in collaboration with the Director.

 

WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • Post-secondary degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related discipline;
  • 3 to 5 years of media experience;
  • Strategic leadership;
  • Relational and political skills;
  • Good work organization;
  • Professional maturity;
  • Courage and managerial skills;
  • Business and partnership skills;
  • Fluency in French and English languages (oral and written. Because of our national and international accounts and the collaboration with our global network).
