YOUR MANDATE
The Media Reconciliation Coordinator will help reconcile all digital and traditional media in a timely manner. They also coordinate with several media teams and partners to correct inconsistencies.
EVERY DAY YOU WILL
- Reconcile digital invoices (programmatic, search, social, interactive) with traditional media invoices (TV, OOH and Print).
- Coordinate calls with media partners to resolve non-compliant items.
- Maintain invoice reconciliation schedules within 60 days of receipt.
- Coordinate meetings with activation and planning teams to resolve non-compliant items requiring attention.
- Review supplier statements to ensure that no invoices have been overlooked, follow up with internal teams for missing invoices and reorder from suppliers as required.
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE
- A post-secondary diploma in marketing, advertising, communication, or related discipline.
- A passion for media and a curiosity about the industry.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and deal with the unexpected.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and develop creative ideas.
- Rigor and attention to detail.
- Excellent fluency in French and English (both spoken and written).
