YOUR MANDATE

You'll be the one to challenge the digital strategy to elevate your team's product and ensure an OMG-quality deliverable. You'll be the person in charge of ensuring team cohesion, but also team happiness. You'll be called upon to enter into discussions that take customers further in their thinking. In short, you'll have the role of an orchestra conductor for your team and your customers, and therefore a key member of the organization.

 

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

  • Manage the team's priorities and workload;
  • Integrate new recruits;
  • Control campaign quality and audit;
  • Verify and validate detailed media plans and platform manager recommendations prior to client presentation;
  • Be the main digital contact for the client, for all media campaigns managed by the agency;
  • Promote digital specialization with clients and stimulate innovation;
  • Manage media partners, organize presentations and office hours.

 

WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • Post-secondary degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related discipline;
  • Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position;
  • Good strategic leadership ;
  • Emotional maturity;
  • A critical and analytical mind;
  • Business acumen and partnership skills;
  • Good managerial skills;
  • Knowledge of digital media and various platforms and tools;
  • Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - for our national and international accounts and collaboration with our global network.
