YOUR MANDATE
You will be the connection between clients, business partners and our teams of specialists. Responsible for media strategy and campaign development, from research to execution, your strategic skills and knowledge of media trends will guide your clients in achieving their business objectives.
EVERY DAY, YOU WILL
- Develop integrated media recommendations, in line with client performance indicators and issues.
- Build strong relationships with clients and play an active role in establishing the best media practices with them.
- Ensure that you know and understand the business realities of your clients and their industry.
- Coach your Assistant-Strategist to prioritize and coordinate their tasks. Train them on various processes (know-how), internal relations (soft skills) and platforms.
- Lead your team members in developing creative multimedia campaigns in synergy with media partners.
- Carry out appropriate follow-up to ensure that the campaign runs smoothly on time and on budget.
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE
- A post-secondary degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in media planning.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership, initiative, and autonomy.
- Coaching skills.
- Ability to organize your work, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Critical and analytical thinking.
- A holistic understanding of media.
- Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - As our global network deals daily with national and international clients, a level of English that enables you to understand and express yourself fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role.
