Who We’re Seeking:
The IT Department within the Engineering Team at Omaze is responsible for company-wide End User Services and employee-facing architecture services. We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Analyst with a self-starter mentality to address our fast-paced and rapidly growing business environment. Someone who is proactive, approachable, and responsive with a high focus on root-cause analysis. Solution-oriented with in-house IT support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside the IT Manager to facilitate day-to-day IT end-user-services and production environment resources
Effectively communicate with third-party vendors in an organized and efficient manner
Initiate and maintain hardware/software benchmarks to meet industry standards
Configure an effective remote workforce to strategically limit ongoing support
Desktop engineering to streamline and automate on/offboarding a current and efficient workstation fleet
Training and knowledge transfer to equip employees for technological success
Triage and maintain a highly responsive ticketing queue
Provision and maintain SaaS solutions, including but not limited to Google G Suite, Slack, Conferencing Solutions (Zoom, RingCentral), Microsoft365, Adobe Creative Cloud, DropBox
Cross-team collaboration, relationship building, and accountability for on-time deliverables
Strictly adhere to SOPs, Security Policies, and documentation standards
Hi level of technical expertise in MacOS and iOS systems. Competent level of expertise in Windows.
Experience with enterprise-grade MDM solutions and best practices
Competency in automation, software deployment, patch management, and AV solutions
Our ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Associate’s with additional work experience also accepted)
3+ years of professional work experience (enterprise level preferred)
Understanding of network architecture and client/server topologies
Ability to root-cause problem solve and take ownership of issues as they arise
An “If I don’t have the answer, I will find someone who does” attitude
Relationship-oriented written and verbal communication skills
