Who We’re Seeking:
The Content Team at Omaze is responsible for the creation of all of Omaze’s marketing deliverables ranging from video to design and copy. The Creative Director of House Videos will play a key role in developing and executing all facets of video content promoting the chance to win Omaze’s dream home prizes.
Help shape house content strategy with an emphasis on choosing ideas that work within time and budget parameters while still connecting with intended audiences and achieving key metrics
Partner with Director, Content Development to help oversee the scripting/development of all house video content
Oversee the creative aspect of house video production, including assigning above-the-line crew and approving locations, cast, production design, etc.
Oversee the creative aspect of house video post-production, including reviewing edits and providing feedback to editors.
Lead production and post-production team members with inspiration and motivation while providing a positive work environment
Our Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s or above in film or communication
8+ years of working in filmmaking with a focus on creating digital short-form content focused on houses
Experience in all facets of filmmaking, i.e., writing, producing, directing, editing
Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
Experience working with writers, production teams and editors
A demonstrated ability to creatively shepherd projects from development through post-production
Experience leading a creative team in a long-term capacity
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
A strong knowledge of pop culture is a plus
Experience working on content featuring A-list talent is a plus
Experience working with charities is a plus
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
