Who We’re Seeking:

Omaze is looking for a Project Manager for the International Operations team. You will be working closely with all members of the team and our external agencies to ensure that project requirements are met, deadlines are kept, schedules are on track and all stakeholders have visibility where necessary. You will also be responsible for managing our winner communications and fulfillment efforts. You will work across the organization to ensure that the processes by which we are executing existing and new projects are continually optimized for scale.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Detail-Oriented. You can stay on top of multiple moving pieces, organize them, and make sure that key stakeholders have insight into status where necessary.
  • Clear Communicator. You can gather, convey, and translate pertinent information to winners, fulfillment partners, and internal stakeholders with ease.
  • Organizationally Motivated. You love organization, finding better ways to organize yourself and others.
  • Flexibility and resilience. We are charting new territory in a fast-paced environment - there will be highs and lows that must be taken in stride.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution. You will work across the organisation and with our external partners to assist in managing the process of launching, optimizing, and closing our campaigns.
  • Winners and Fulfillment. You will manage our winner experience, ensuring a smooth and timely flow of communication between winners and the relevant stakeholders in our internal team. You will also assist in the sourcing and procurement process, liaising with prizing vendors as needed.
  • Process Optimizations. Continual creation, optimization and reinforcement of processes for cross-functional teams.

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-4 years of project management experience
  • Degree in relevant field
  • You are exceptionally organized, upbeat and can manage a heavy workload
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and think no task is too big or too small
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Based in London
