Who we are seeking:

Omaze is planning an exciting UK launch with a regional focus, offering a significant dream-come-true prize to support a worthy local cause. We need an experienced marketing expert to plan the launch and deliver a successful first UK campaign. The Senior Marketing Consultant will be the 3rd person on the ground in our London office and as such will need to be a well-rounded self-starter who is entrepreneurial and resourceful. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with the SVP, International to build a comprehensive marketing plan and strategy
  • Develop a comprehensive launch media plan with relevant KPIs
  • Own the performance marketing campaigns for all online channels including Facebook, Instagram, Google, email, organic and offline channels including display advertising, tv/radio and event marketing.
  • Manage all data reporting across all performance channels and implement optimizations throughout the life of the campaign
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target customer and create and size audience segments
  • Source and manage media, pr and creative partners
  • Organise the development of all creative content
  • Help develop and refine the brand in the UK market
  • Perform in-depth analysis of marketing results and optimize the growth strategy accordingly 
  • Work with Omaze HQ in Los Angeles, CA, USA to leverage best-practice learnings and capabilities
  • Use your entrepreneurial spirit and inquisitive nature to handle whatever else comes your way
  • Document learnings, best practices, and contacts to be applied to future campaigns

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role 
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully launching new products using the full marketing mix including online and offline channels
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier university
  • Experience working for a high growth startup where you were forced to chart new territory
  • Strong analytical skills required; both quantitative and qualitative
  • A highly creative and strategic thinker
  • Stellar communication a must (both written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, manage a heavy workload, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated examples of self improvement; you are a fast study and practice a growth mindset
  • You build conviction and are not afraid to express an opinion, but constantly test your thinking
  • You take your work seriously but not yourself
