Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and understand how to utilize influencers for both paid and earned opportunities for Omaze campaigns.
    • Use data and knowledge of space to identify viable influencers and distribution partners for campaigns, while having a deep understanding of what the partner wants and how to integrate their goals with Omaze’s. 
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators and key players in the space.
    • Help with creative ideas, strategy, and research in proposals involving creators.
  • Manage digital partnership campaigns from outreach to signed SOW to post-campaign reporting.
    • Ensure campaign and messaging are executed correctly and on time, and optimizing strategy when necessary.
    • Create and execute project campaign timelines and schedules, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of campaigns and client goals.
    • Forecast budgets, track project utilization and provide invoice details
    • Lead campaign kick-off calls to outline influencer selection and execution details and timeline.
    • Prepare reports and analyze performance relative to campaign objectives; provide optimization recommendations.

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and/or partnerships
  • Must have experience with direct response marketing and optimizing for ROI
  • Have existing relationships with MCNs, agencies, management teams, and creatorsStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple partners and priorities with discretion
  • Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube) 
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cultural trends and innovations in the social realm
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle scope and resources to meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Passionate about pop culture, social impact, and influencer marketing
  • Knowledge of food, travel, lifestyle, pop culture, cars, and esports is a huge plus
