Who We're Seeking:
Reporting to the Head of User Acquisition, the Paid Marketing Specialist will be a key contributor in growing Omaze’s community and maximizing donations. Leveraging the power of top celebrities and influencers as well as Omaze’s own brand, you will drive traffic to the Omaze site with a focus on ROI. This is a performance marketing role with a heavy emphasis on efficiently acquiring new users on Paid Social Media platforms.
Monitor and report the performance of key marketing metrics, as well as activities and events causing variances.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize acquisition efforts
Ensure efficiency and ROI on paid campaigns, and execute strategies for testing new channels
Explore new ways of engaging with users, creating test plans to improve content, copy, creative, and experience
Execute paid marketing plan to drive profitable traffic through all paid marketing channels with an emphasis on Facebook and Instagram
Create audience targets, and identify appropriate channels and platforms for content distribution
Our Ideal Candidate:
1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing
Analytical rockstar -- strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
Expertise in paid marketing on major social media platforms
Full command of paid acquisition KPIs and platform algorithms
Proficient with Excel and have the ability to not only report on data, but use it to tell a story
Agile and able to manage competing priorities
Team player who can roll up your sleeves and execute on paid marketing campaigns from start to finish
