Who We're Seeking:
A collaborative Product Strategy Analyst to identify core opportunities that will improve the Omaze customer experience. This person will always put the customer first; isn't afraid to challenge assumptions; and has a keen desire for ownership and accountability. With an emphasis on actionable data insights and compound learning, the Product Strategy Analyst will forecast and execute upon key organizational initiatives that will promote innovation and user delight.
Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to support customer-facing products and optimize for maximum impact against goals
Develop a deep, data-informed understanding of who our customers are, what motivates their behaviors and what Omaze can do to better serve them
Work with development teams and stakeholders to establish a common product mindset and articulate the ‘why’ behind key decisions
Communicate results across the organization; ensure Omaze is constantly learning from both successes and missteps
Identify risks and mitigations on product initiatives
Communicate early and often with stakeholders and investors to get ahead of hurdles and provide clarity around issues as they come up
Our Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of professional analyst experience in a software organization with additional experience in a customer-facing marketing or product role
Expert at delivering key insights through customer behavior
Exceptionally organized, efficient, and able to drive projects cross-functionally
Proven experience working in an Agile environment
Demonstrated ability gaining stakeholder buy-in, making good decisions, and balancing user needs, business goals and technological limitations
Capable of identifying and managing confirmation-bias in solving customer problems
Understands the customer through being a customer yourself
