Job overview:

Omada is looking for a Web Marketing Manager to build out our web and digital presence and strategy. This role will work closely with cross functional teams including Brand, demand generation, member experience, customer support, designers, and developers to grow our web presence and activate our digital B2B marketing strategy, and then proactively manage, prioritize, execute, and continually optimize all projects. The ability to creatively problem-solve and effectively communicate across all teams, as well as with executives will be crucial for success. In addition, this role will report out on key success metrics and test findings/results and make recommendations for how to improve the experience and conversion.

 

About you: 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is a blend of web expert and data-driven marketer, ideally in a B2B company with a strong partner marketing business model. 

  • 7+ years experience in enterprise marketing with expertise in web marketing, performance strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience guiding the growth and development of a B2B/B2C website.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization best practices 
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Deep knowledge of off-page SEO, website management and website analytics
  • Experience building, executing and reporting on digital campaigns
  • Knowledge and understanding of online privacy and compliance regulation requirements including HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, etc.
  • xperience marketing to enterprise audiences preferred.
  • Communication skills - experience to articulate vision and roadmap and facilitate concept and ideation with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience, collaborative project management skills, and technical knowledge to lead day-to-day website functionality and larger complex projects
  • Experience managing agencies and outside resources.
  • Basic HTML and CSS skills
  • Intermediate website coding / development capabilities a major plus
  • Very good collaboration skills
  • Experience with paid acquisition (search, content syndication)
  • Some design or aesthetic ability

 

Your impact:

  • Build the strategic vision and direction for Omada B2B, partner, and member experience, including .com site, blogs, microsites, etc.
  • Act as the liaison for partner, demand,  and product marketing teams to ensure the website is solving for prospects, partners, and member experience.
  • Build, maintain, and execute a roadmap of projects, deliverables, initiatives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects working closely with stakeholders, creative and development teams.
  • Lead SEO strategy and execution including optimizing website content, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks and drive qualified traffic
  • Work with content teams to drive SEO in content creation and programming
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve user journeys, conversion rates and SEO
  • The owner and strategist of dynamic and interactive website elements, building out and optimizing strategy to support lead campaigns, the delivery of dynamic content, and increase overall site conversions
  • Owner of online user experience and visitor-to-lead conversion rate optimization initiatives
  • Act as the liaison for partner, demand,  and product marketing teams to ensure the website is solving for prospects, partners, and member experience.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices and be an advocate for our web site.
  • Implementation and content adjustments of new and existing pages on our website
  • Able to make real-time updates in the website CMS, including minor coding/development changes as needed

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $148,800 - $186,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $133,920 - $167,400*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.

*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
