We are looking for a B2B Growth Manager for olx.ro, olx.pt, and olx.bg  who will be responsible for determining our B2B growth strategy and driving its implementation across the different channels. Closely working together with the Sales team, you will be leading our lead generation and nurture program. 

 

What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

 

  1. Manage the sales-lifecycle including lead generation, lead qualification, lead scoring rules and other deliverables for closing deals while consistently delivering on the sales goals. 
  2. Develop and optimize B2B  lead generation campaigns through various channels such as Social Media , Display Ads, Direct Mail, Inbound Marketing etc.
  3. Identify and develop new lead sources
  4. Work closely with Sales teams through the region to gather campaign feedback and understand their needs.
  5. Develop long term  strategy focused on brand perception & digitizing offline businesses across the region through OLX platform 
  6. Build and maintain professional relationships with media agencies 
  7. Monitor, analyze and optimize KPI’s against campaigns performance and business targets  
  8. Document all work in a manner that promotes awareness across the wider Group

 

What will help you to be successful in this role?

 

  • Proficiency in English, and native in Romanian, Portuguese, or Bulgarian
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Analytical skills 
  • Some experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Intercom.  
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.
  • Able to balance the needs of the business, the limitations of technology, and a commitment to user experience
  • A test and iterate approach
  • Previous experience in classifieds or marketplace business desirable but not essential
