 About the Job:

This role will lead brand marketing and brand strategy for OLX Autos - LATAM. In this role, you will be responsible for centralizing the implementation of brand strategy for OLX Autos while contributing to the overall financials of the org.

  • Build OLX Autos brand from scratch to a market-leading used car brand
  • Enable organic business growth in our omnichannel business
  • Influence performance marketing outcomes
  • Build an integrated OLX Autos brand experience for our consumers and dealers
    • 360-degree customer experience includes Public Relations (PR), trade marketing, Point of purchase/sale marketing
  • Globally align with group brand team 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop OLX brand strategy, promote brand growth and expansion, implement brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. 
  • Drive growth – play a leading role in creating and managing a plan to achieve sustainable, profitable growth for OLX Autos
  • Act as an innovation Catalyst, create breakthrough OLX Autos brand strategy, campaigns, etc. Experiment with new technology platforms, alternative media, new tools & techniques
  • Drive consumer insights, competitive analysis, OLX Autos brand positioning, etc.
  • Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact on revenue
  • Determine and manage the annual marketing budget required to meet or exceed customer growth goals, incoming store traffic, and demand goals, and develop business cases to support the annual investments
    - Design, set goals, implement, measure, and report performance of all marketing campaigns
    - Lead all consumer and corporate communication - content, channel, timelines, etc. 
    - build all aspects of the marketing team

Minimum Qualification: 

  • Strong 10-15 years of brand marketing experience
  • Focus on results & work back from the data
  • Manage complexity
  • Be accountable 
  • Collaborate to achieve outcomes

Preferred Qualification:

  •     Ability to think strategically and display thought leadership when engaging executives.
  •     Recent experience with a high-growth, the new-age company preferred
  •     Well-honed written, verbal, and creative communication skills, including the ability to translate insight into content, create slides and written presentations, and create overall communication plans.
