About the job

We are looking for a product manager to join the OLX Jobs vertical, spearheading the employer experience. In this role you will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with a talented cross-functional team to design, build, experiment and roll-out products that deliver superior value to employers and deliver the product vision and strategy across Europe and Central Asia.

The focus of the role is on the verticalization of the employer experience in OLX through innovative, dedicated product solutions.

  • We are a global competitor in the Jobs space, with particular focus on Europe and Central Asia, where we are among leading destinations for employers and job seekers, particularly in countries like Poland, Ukraine, Romania and Kazachstan. 

  • Our product development in the Jobs category has never been faster and stronger, with recent additions of a dedicated ATS solution, Candidate Profiles and ML-based matching algorithms. And we are only starting - our intent is to accelerate innovation and specialisation of our Jobs dedicated product solutions. 

  • Only in Poland our Jobs category has around 500.000 Daily Active Users and 100.000 Active Ads, making us the biggest job board in the country in terms of both traffic and content, while also being a Top-of-Mind brand.

What you will be doing

  • Empathize with problems employers face and identify the highest impact problems to be solved.
  • Set the long-term product vision and strategy to solve the most impactful problems in a delightful, hard to copy and margins improving way.
  • Collaborate with other teams in the jobs vertical making sure we deliver exceptional user experience end to end.
  • Initiate and encourage the team to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, product analysis and market insights to inform your vision, strategy and roadmap.
  • Build, refine and own both the product discovery and delivery backlogs.
  • Fully own your product area leading indicators with deep understanding of how they impact the business KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, tech leads, analysts, data scientists and stakeholders to build great products together.
  • Contribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, deep care, and learning.

Who we’re looking for

  • Curiosity – initiative to dig into the why, what & how.
  • Experience at a high-traffic consumer Internet or e-commerce company
  • Experience in data driven product development and applying A/B testing, user research, conversion optimization, user testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis in your decision making
  • Collaborative approach; you value diverse and inclusive teams
  • You have the capability to align with different partners across many regions
  • You are able to encourage your team, build consensus, value teamwork and able to mentor
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. You are required to be proficient in English.
