Job Title: Social Media Executive

OLIVER is a rapidly expanding creative services agency with a twist – we provide our clients with bespoke dedicated agencies that operate from within their offices. We are building a team of individuals who have the ability and confidence to learn on the job and help the client transform their marketing capabilities.

We are currently looking to hire a Social Media Manager with 1+ years of experience to manage the Meta, LinkedIn, and Instagram social networks for our client.

The successful candidate will have a strong background of working with a digital or social agency and have produced engaging and creative social media and digital work. Familiarity with the Insurance and Finance landscape is a plus.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Your key role will be to manage all content for the brand and build an engaging community on social media.

  • Manage social media platforms and community management with the priority matrix being Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Monthly reporting and analysis. Carrying competitor’s page performance analysis.

  • Working on social assets according to the brand funnel of awareness, consideration and conversion.

  • Work closely with clients to create concepts from initial briefing through to execution.

  • Maintain a high awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.

  • Be responsible for working with internal teams to gather input and validate the content.

  • Ensure consistency and quality across all written content.

  • Posting, scheduling and managing content calendars.

Staying up to date with updates and changes across the social platforms and communicating these to

team members.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1+ years strong experience writing for digital.

  • To be up to date with trends & know how of platforms

  • Keep a track record of executing, analysing and reporting on social media campaigns

  • Understanding of how the digital landscape works

  • Proactive follow ups, to be on top of things

  • Put together content schedules and create a seamless environment and flow of work

  • Proficient in English

  • Someone who loves the pace of digital change and innovation.

  • Confident in communicating clearly to other team members and clients.
