역할 및 책임
- 교차 기능 팀 (예: BD, 제품, PR, 법률, 금융) 및 제3자 파트너 (예: OEM 및 통신사)와의 관계를 관리하고 프로젝트 성과를 주도합니다.
- 모든 파트너 마케팅 활동에서 자사의 제품과 브랜드, 소비자를 대변하며 비즈니스 목표에 집중하고 자사의 브랜드가 파트너에 의해 어디에서 어떻게 나타나고 전달되는지에 특별한 주의를 기울입니다.
- 소셜, 영향력, 체험, 미디어 및 제품 마케팅 팀과 협력하여 전체 비즈니스 목표를 달성하기 위한 매력적인 파트너 마케팅 캠페인을 개발하고 실행합니다.
- BD 및 제품 팀과 협력하여 새로운 파트너 마케팅 기회를 탐색하고 매력적인 네러티브와 도구 키트 및 피치 덱을 작성합니다.
- 활성화된 파트너 마케팅 프로그램의 성과를 분석하고 정기적인 마케팅 및 비즈니스 리뷰에 기여합니다.
- 시장에서 새로운 기회를 조사하고 적극적으로 탐색합니다.
- 크리에이티브 팀과 협력하여 파트너십 마케팅 애셋과 가이드라인을 개발하고 보강하며 크리에이티브 제작 프로세스를 개선합니다.
최소 자격 요건
- 학사 학위 또는 이에 상응하는 해당 산업에서의 강력한 실적
- 파트너십 마케팅, 브랜드 관리, 제품 마케팅 및/또는 콘텐츠 제작을 포함한 최소 3-5년의 근무 경력
- 탁월한 수준의 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 및 프레젠테이션 기술을 갖춘 한국인

- 규모가 크고 복잡한 매트릭스 팀 및 프로젝트를 이끌고 진행할 수 있는 능력
- 창의적인 시각으로 문제를 해결하고 분석하는 독보적 역량

- 빠르게 끊임없이 변화하는 환경에서 일할 수 있는 능력
