Job title: Finance Manager LATAM

Location: São Paulo, SP 



  • Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
  • Analyze and criticize the Balance Sheet reconciliations prepared by accounting outsourced firm.
  • Review of general ledgers and accounting for accruals/prepayments
  • Provide monthly journal entries to be booked by accounting firm
  • Validate Intercompany reconciliation and solve differences
  • Review maintenance of fixed assets register
  • Analyze FX closing
  • Prepare all Group financial reporting data, for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results.
  • Ensure the “Month end closing checklist” is going in the right way.
  • Work closely with our accounting firm in Latin America Region’s partners to ensure all accounting complies with rules and regulations
  • Make sure financial legal requirements are met
  • Prepare and maintain accounting reconciliations (Drive accounting GAAPs between corporate and statutory accounting standards).
  • Assess accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
  • Develop financial reporting systems
  • Aid management in financial decisions
  • Total commitment to fulfill Group deadlines
  • Point of contact with local and external auditors
  • Ad hoc analysis
  • Reporting directly to Latam Financial Director, dotted line report to International Finance Team based in London – UK



  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • FP&A, investment banking, business administration, or management consulting experience
  • At least 2 years previous experience in similar position
  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish will be a plus
  • Advanced MS Expert skills
  • Very analytical and high attention to details
  • Can be a self-starter and manage workload effectively and autonomously.
  • Works well in a team and able to engage with people at all levels
  • Communicates effectively, both written and oral
  • Ability to anticipate problems, and innovative in problems solving
  • Drives operational process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Feels comfortable multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting multiple tight deadlines.
  • Excellent ability to problem solving along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
  • Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.
  • Strong financial system and business administration understanding.
