Role:  Art Director (Mid-Level) 

Location: Hamburg, Germany 






  • We are a well-established team. We work from our home office or in the client's building in the heart of Hamburg, together with our clients. We are a small, growing team that excels at discussing projects face-to-face with the responsible clients at all times. This enables us to solve a wide variety of tasks particularly efficiently.
  • Our team works in partnership with exciting clients including international brands, where you will be doing a wide range of diverse projects including social media campaigns, brand activations and much more.

  • Implementation of various projects under the direction of the creative team lead 
  • Working proactively on projects from accepting client briefings, creating initial layouts and concepts to finalising projects, also in coordination with external service providers
  • Personal coordination of projects and feedback with the client 
  • Close cooperation with account and project management
  • Overview of multiple projects and deadlines
  • Expert and contact person for brand guidelines



  • Several years of art/design experience (3 years +)
  • University degree in visual design/communication design (BS/BA) preferred
  • A portfolio that demonstrates how you take ideas from a concept phase to implementation
  • Professional use of Adobe CC and PowerPoint 
  • Experience working with copywriting partners for conceptual tasks
  • Ability and enthusiasm to present in front of clients and also sell your work 
  • Passion for design, photography, digital trends 
  • Ability to work in a team and solution-oriented
  • Ambition to constantly develop further
  • Affinity for international work
  • Experience in working with content management systems as well as basic knowledge of programming or video production is an advantage
