Role: Senior Creative

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, Oliver are looking for an experienced and well-established senior creative to support and drive the creative excellence for one of our most exciting and awarded clients.

 

THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF...

The ideal candidate will be digitally-centric in their approach and hybrid in their creative thinking – meaning a proven conceptual background encompassing brand advertising as well as direct response / performance marketing.

 

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

You’ll be joining a permanent on-site team of 12 others in Kings Cross, and in this autonomous and fast-paced environment, you’ll be expected to draw upon your experience and know how to just get on with things first time – especially on longer-form content projects. You’ll be expected to partner closely with some of the client’s editorial team to ensure the tone of voice is consistent at all customer touchpoints.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • To support and drive the creative excellence for one of our most exciting and awarded clients.

 

  • Alongside the creative director, you’ll be responsible for creating advertising activity across all integrated channels – taking in The client’s online platform, direct mail, email, display, web, social, press and OOH.

 

  • You’ll be able to demonstrate a solid grasp of both brand building and direct response principles (and related disciplines like behavioural economics) and have an entrepreneurial mindset to make the most of the opportunities that present themselves in an on-site environment.

 

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Your craft skillset will complement the creative director’s, so ideally you will have a depth of expertise in copywriting.
  • You’ll have honed your craft across a wide range of sectors and brands – with particular depth in media or culture a plus.
  • Your book will need to show conceptual campaigns supported by solid sales-driving and conversion activity.
  • Experience of product focused advertising would be an advantage.
