Client Service Assistant – Kickstart

Job Summary 

The Client Services Executive works within the client service team helping to manage the flow of projects through various stages from inception to completion, taking briefs, creating timelines, resource planning, managing costs/budgets, reporting and general admin. 

Other tasks may include arranging and attending meetings, liaising with clients to understand their requirements. 

You will work closely with internal departments across TV, Print, Digital and Social disciplines. 


Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications 

A keen interest and understanding of a career in a marketing agency  

Experience of working as part of a team. 

Excellent communication, listening and admin skills
