People Team Assistant – Kickstart

Job Summary 

As a People Team Assistant, you will be working within 1 of 5 teams, Payroll, Talent, HR, Learning & Development and Resourcing. You will support your retrospective team with inbox management, general admin, answering queries from the wider business and wider team, as well as general housekeeping across our multiple people systems, Sage, Greenhouse, Eloomi, Peakon. This would include, maintaining employee records, adding and deleting users as people join and leave the business, pulling various reports and scheduling events  


Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications 

Attention to detail and a methodical mindset in order to ensure processes run smoothly and admin is completed accurately. Confident working in a fact paced environment and capable of working to deadlines. An understanding of how to prioritise tasks and a can do attitude.
