About The Role:

Join our small but mighty People team as a Sr. People & Talent Specialist at a pioneering AI startup! You’ll fuse the art of recruiting with the science of HR in a role that's as challenging as it is rewarding. This role is a generalist swiss-army-knife solution driver dedicated to our India team of 40, with reach into global scope. You'll be the backbone of our growth, helping to weave the fabric of our company culture while ensuring we attract and nurture top talent. What You’ll Do: 

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and update HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with our company's culture
  • Own & execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical, GTM, & G&A roles
  • Own & execute employer branding initiatives. Build a deep understanding of our brand and product
  • Measure and analyze recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, organizing regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and team-building events. Ask, “What can Oliv do for its team?” 
  • Act like an owner across Biz Ops, HR, and Recruiting; joining a startup of <50 people means everyone is a founder

 

What We Need:

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR and/or recruiting, early stage global startup experience a plus
  • Domain expertise (or actively learning!) in B2B SaaS AI companies, SalesTech, or MarTech exposure a plus
  • A merit based mindset; with the aptitude and attitude to make magic happen 
  • Familiarity with tech stack, a plus: Greenhouse,  Rippling, Clickup, Glassdoor, Calendly, Linkedin Recruiter (Must-have) 
  • Degree NOT required
