Oliv.AI ensures that sales reps follow a golden sales process, conduct pre-call research, provide conversational insights, and complete smart next steps. We help businesses build agile revenue teams and ensure CRM hygiene with ease.


Oliv.ai is seeking a motivated and organized student or early-career professional to join our marketing team as a Growth Marketing Intern. This role is paid 20,000 INR/month, remote but based out of Bangalore (ability to go on-site), full-time, and 3-6 month duration with potential to convert to direct hire. You'll drive the power of partnerships and digital platforms to propel our brand's growth. Your role will be instrumental in driving our outreach and engagement strategies across various channels.


  • Scout and engage influencers across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to expand brand reach, maintaining a database to track and analyze campaigns for future strategy adjustments.
  • Manage influencer partnerships from outreach to content analysis, ensuring effective collaboration and impact assessment.
  • Utilize LinkedIn for B2B client and partner engagement, developing personalized outreach campaigns to grow the business network and refine prospecting strategies with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling diverse content (webinars, podcasts, newsletters) tailored to specific platforms, analyzing performance for optimization.
  • Enhance social media presence and engagement across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, actively interacting with the community to foster a positive brand image.
  • Support the execution of social media campaigns, staying updated with trends and algorithm changes to maximize visibility and engagement.


  • A dynamic student or recent graduate with a passion for Marketing, Communications, or a similar field, eager to dive into the world of growth marketing.
  • A genuine interest in leveraging social media and influencer partnerships to drive brand growth.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • The capability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a readiness to embrace challenges and learn from them.
  • 1-2 years of relevant exposure is preferred
