THE ROLE
The SVP National Sales (Off Premise & eCommerce) will own the customer, the customer interface and the development of the commercial objectives and plans to deliver OLIPOP’s strategic business objectives within the National Sales Organization – Off Premise & eCommerce. This will include, but is not limited to, the following chains: Walmart, Target®, Kroger, Whole Foods Market, ALBSCO, Wegman’s, Publix, Ahold, Sam’s Club, Costco, CVS, Walgreen’s, 7-Eleven, Circle K, Wawa, and Amazon.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the CCO for the development of a long-term market and category growth vision and strategy for OLIPOP within the beverage category, both domestically and globally
- Shape OLIPOP’s integrated multi-year growth strategy and lead the development of Sales capabilities.
- Lead all aspects of Olipop National Sales (Off Premise) organizations within the US.
- Direct the development of strategic and operating plans that will achieve both the short, mid and long-term business objectives
- Team & talent development with focus of performance through continuous execution, optimization and digitalization of key processes on key platforms
- Responsible for Customer P&L’s and driving significant revenue and profit growth
- Develop Channel and Customer growth strategies that strengthen our brand and aid in expansion into additional channels and across our category
- Oversee the development and reporting around annual, quarterly and weekly KPIs
- Partner cross-functionally across teams to strategize and execute growth initiatives (Commercial Strategy, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources).
- Make sure to develop and nourish a strong network within all relevant channels, key Customers and with key industry group
- Key influencer into annual, quarterly & monthly forecasting grounding knowledge of Category, Customer, Competition & Brand. This includes partaking in all cross functional supply and demand planning routines to ensure we balance supply and demand shifts to maximize business results across markets and channels.
- Lead the team in the creation of compelling, holistic selling materials that make our products and programs irresistible to our customers by demonstrating the value of our recommendations and opportunities for growth
- Build the appropriate playbooks, scorecards and metrics, and compliance tools that help us deliver flawless execution of in market activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- 15+ years of experience in fast growing CPG organizations
- Experience in selling to National Sales Off Premise Customers and building relationships at the most senior levels.
- Experience in selling to Amazon and retailer eCommerce.
- Experience in growing, leading and developing a team of world-class sales professionals
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership for short-term and long-term strategic planning
- Experience in managing budgets and resource planning
- Has been part of product launches or commercialization end to end, including having input into the planning process and timelines
- Has successfully overseen market expansion into new markets (and countries)
- Data-driven leader that has created forecasts or strategic plans by using consumer insights, IRI, Spins and/or Nielsen data
- Proven experience with growth and scaling a successful CPG brand
- Experience in beverage preferred

COMPENSATION:
$275,000-$285,000 base salary + bonus
