THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Executive Assistant to our Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Leadership Team (5 other OLIPOP leaders). This is a dynamic role, and an opportunity to work in an innovative work environment as part of the fastest growing refrigerated beverage brand in North America. This role will suit an individual who is eager to make a cultural contribution, have a full understanding of our business and understand the needs of the Chief Commercial Officer and their direct reports.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform core administrative and operational responsibilities as directed for the Chief Commercial Officer, including calendar management, travel coordination, event planning, and prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Perform core administrative and operational responsibilities as directed for the Chief Commercial Officer and his Leadership team for event planning and travel coordination.
  • Project manage key initiatives that are led by the Chief Commercial Officer and their Leadership Team, often determining project needs, priorities, and owning project timelines.
  • Research and information gathering on a range of topics requiring relationship building, communication, and classical data scouring. 
  • Preparation for key meetings and presentations. 
  • Execute other projects not listed that may arise as the company and this role evolves.

 

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ yrs in an Executive Assistant or proven success in a project coordination role. Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is preferred. 
  • Deeply passionate about OLIPOP, and inspired by what we represent. Has the desire and hunger to make an impact on people and society.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, embraces ambiguity, and adaptable to a fast paced and rapidly growing environment.
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment, but also flexible to be directed at times.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills; able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure.
  • Excellent organization and follow through skills, able to consolidate complex information into key points for strategic decision making with the Commercial Leadership Team. 
  • Possess excellent judgment, can be trusted with the highest levels of confidentiality, and skilled at handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion. 
  • Proactive communicator, strong written and verbal communication skills and adept at technology with the ability to quickly learn and use new systems. 
  • Expertise and Proficiency  in Zoom meeting host features, Google Suite and Microsoft Suite. Experience with team collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom is preferred.
  • Prior experience with coordinating offsites, events and/or trade shows end to end.
  • This position is fully remote. Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

COMPENSATION:

$70,000-$80,000 base salary + bonus
