About the Opportunity

We are looking for a P2P Operations Manager to join our team and work closely with multiple departments, including product, support, and marketing. You will contribute to the growth and improvement of CIS P2P marketplace, ensuring seamless operations and an excellent user experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborate with the product team to improve the P2P platform by suggesting new features and tracking ongoing product requests.
Work closely with the customer support team to address and resolve P2P-related inquiries efficiently.
Manage relationships with merchants, including onboarding new applicants, assisting with social media communications, and facilitating fast issue resolution.
Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify market trends and best practices.
Gather and analyze user feedback through various channels.
Identify and report bugs, product flaws, and translation errors for prompt resolution.
Monitor the marketplace and user reviews, addressing negative feedback effectively.
Track and analyze key metrics, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
Assist in organizing promotions in the CIS region to enhance engagement.
Support Telegram channel management, ensuring clear and engaging communication with the community.

What We Look For In You

Being fluent in English and native Russian is a must. Knowledge of Ukrainian is a plus.
Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is preferred
Familiar with the whole process of P2P operation, able to build merchant trust through service and daily management, not only relying on promotional activities to improve merchant activity
Organized, meticulous and result-oriented, strong problem-solving & analytical skill
Strong team mindset and solid work ethic

Nice to Have

Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
