What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for overseeing all office management and administrative matters, including but not limited to:

  • Providing comprehensive administration support such as office management, staff welfare, event organization, procurement, travel management, fixed asset management, SOP/policy maintenance, etc.
  • Working closely with the Procurement team to manage fixed assets, local vendor sourcing and service evaluation.
  • Inspecting and general maintenance/repair to ensure facilities are clean, safe and fully operational. Resolving facility-related requests, liaise with contractor on maintenance/repair and supervise them on-site.
  • Independently responding to administration queries and delivering timely and efficient solutions.
  • Managing budget, inventory, maintenance and operations, contracting services, and purchasing of material.
  • Ensuring operations adhere to policies and regulations. Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
  • Supporting generation of data-driven operational report in Singapore. 

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor's degree, and/or with minimally 7 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proven experience in facility management and admin services.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language, and fluency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. 
  • Outstanding strategic planning abilities and stakeholder communication skills. 
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures, departmental and legal policies.
  • Possess high level of initiative and integrity.
  • Proactive, independent, able to work with minimal supervision, while also working effectively and cohesively in a team.
