About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices within the P2P BD team,
Monitoring the performance and productivity of the P2P BD team: providing data, training, and feedback to improve performance,
Perform detailed analyses of existing operations and processes, gathering applicable data and identifying areas for improvement,
Monitor operational and risk metrics and escalate potential issues or anomalies,
Work closely with BD and CS teams to coordinate and resolve abnormal/complex orders, and address merchant inquiries,
Working cross-departmentally with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that all operations are aligned with organisational objectives,
Leading the execution of key business projects, ensuring coordination and timely delivery,
Consistently and comprehensively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure the shared understanding of goals, deadlines and deliverables,
Maintain daily / weekly/ monthly reports.

What We Look For In You

Bachelor's Degree with proven work experience in operations or a similar role,
Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a must,
Possess analytical and data processing skills,
Ability to create compelling reports and presentations to influence business decisions,
Excellent planning, organising and project management and problem-solving skills,
Strong team mindset and solid work ethic.
