About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Crypto Product Manager to join our growing product team. As the Product Manager on onshore market growth, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our crypto-related products and services focus on driving user growth for OKX onshore markets and help support users acquisition, activation and engagement. You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives focused on unlocking great user experiences based on data and insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the crypto landscape, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be passionate about driving innovation in the crypto industry. You’ll be joining our growing product team to help define the future of our company and product. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a clear product strategy for our crypto-related products & growth products, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Develop a user lifecycle strategy to drive product adoption and engagement.
  • User Research & Industry Trend: Stay abreast of industry trends, monitor competitor offerings, and identify new opportunities within crypto space.
  • Growth Experiment: Drive focused experimentation and continuous improvement rooted in data with outsized results against customer onboarding, retention, product adoption, advocacy, and expansion goals
  • Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with the company's vision and market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and define clear product specifications.
  • Product Development: Develop and optimize product and customer journeys based on user personas and user behavior segmentation insight to drive user engagement and revenue.
  • Performance Tracking: Define key product metrics and establish a framework for tracking and analyzing product performance. Leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions about product enhancements and optimizations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including local market executives, engineering teams, and business development teams, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Business-Oriented Mindset: Exhibit a passion for contributing to overall business success, going beyond feature development. Take ownership of user metrics and optimize business performance metrics, demonstrating a keen interest in the Profit and Loss (PnL) dynamics of markets.
  • Excellent Communication: Translate high-level strategy into clear and actionable plans for Product Development, Engineering, Design, and Business Stakeholders. Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritization Skills: Understand and assess trade-offs between engineering, design, and scheduling. Demonstrate an ability to prioritize effectively, ensuring optimal outcomes for project success.
  • Design and UX Sensibility: Possess a discerning eye for good design and user experience, recognizing the importance of aesthetics and functionality in creating compelling products.
  • Educational Background: Hold a BA/BS technical degree or equivalent, providing a strong educational foundation that complements practical experience in product management.

OKX Statement:

The salary range for this position is $160,000.00 to $263,000.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
