About the Opportunity

We're a tightly knit team under the WEB3 umbrella of OKX, working on innovative on-chain solutions to create a better OKX for our customers.
We are seeking a talented Smart Contract Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and auditing smart contracts with a focus on Marketplace, and multi assets like NFTs, Cryptos, Ordinals, Runes using languages like Solidity or Rust, and work on various blockchains including Solana, TON, Bitcoin, L2s and other. Security is a top priority for us, and we are looking for someone with a strong understanding of best practices in smart contract security.
 
 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts with a focus on NFTs and other blockchain-based assets
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Solidity code for EVM-based projects.
  • Develop smart contracts on various blockchains, including Solana, TON, L2s and others
  • Responsible for researching new technologies and directions in Web3, participating in product planning, and promoting product launches
  •  

What We Look For In You 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in developing smart contracts with Solidity or Rust/Move 
  • Familiarity with contract development frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, Anchor, etc
  • Comprehensive involvement in DeFi, NFTs or other Web3 projects, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), or other blockchain-based solutions
  • Passion for technology and the blockchain industry, willingness to take on challenges and embrace innovation

Nice to Haves

  • Contributions to open-source projects related to blockchain or smart contracts.
  • Knowledge of contract security, and research on common attacks on  blockchain
  • Energetic and proactive mindset, always eager to explore and experiment with new ideas and technologies.
